5. For deactivating the xed voltage function, slide the selection switch MODE (8) back to the Normal
position. The control indicator REAR CONTROL (2) goes out. The device switches back to normal
power unit operation (always remove DC consumers before!).
a) Assigning memory slots with “Set”
All three memory slots can be assigned user-specic values for output voltage and current limitation.
Make sure that no consumers are connected.
1. Activate the Set function through the MODE (8)
slider on the rear. Put the switch in the Set position.
The front control indicator REAR CONTROL (2)
lights up. Select the respective memory slot P1,
P2 or P3 on the selection switch RECALL (9).
The respective values for current and voltage are
indicated on the display (1).
2. The front control knobs (3 and 4) can be used to
set the desired output voltage and current limitation.
3. If required, repeat these steps with the other memory slots.
4. When all parameters are set, slide the selection switch MODE (8) back to the Preset position for
xed voltage operation or to the Normal position for standard operation.
b) Reset to memory slots to default settings
1. Switch off the power unit.
2. Press the two rotary controls on the front at the same time and keep them pressed.
3. Switch on the power unit. When the displays light up, let go of both rotary controls. The default
settings for the parameters are active again.
