2. INTENDED USE
The charger is used to charge NiCd + NiMH type batteries (1 - 15 cells), LiPo/LiIon/LiFe
batteries (1 - 6 cells) and lead acid batteries (1 - 10 cells, 2 V - 20 V).
The charging current can be set between 0.1 A and 20 A depending on the connected
batteries and their cell number/capacity (see tables in chapter 22).
Batteries can also be discharged; the discharge current is between 0.1 to 5 A (see tables
in chapter 22).
The charger must only be connected to a stabilised direct current voltage between
12 V/DC and 18 V/DC.
A two-line illuminated LC display and four buttons are used to control the charger.
A balancer is integrated into the charger for LiPo/LiIon/LiFe batteries, with balancer
connector sockets for the battery located at the side of the charger.
The product is intended for use in dry indoor spaces; it must not become damp or wet.
Any use other than that described above will damage this product and involves the risk of
short circuit, fire, electric shock, etc.
