The digital oscilloscope is intended to be used for visualising electrical magnitudes and signals. There are two / four independent input channels
available for measurement. The measuring lead is connected to the oscilloscope via two / four BNC sockets. Integrated help system can be called
up on the display. The signals measured can be displayed on the display as well as on a PC when a USB or LAN cable is used.
Only by DSO-6xxxF/FM: The built-in 25 MHz arbitrary function generator for test input signals (e.g., square, sine, ramp, pulse) operates at a
sampling rate of 125 MS/s, a 14-bit resolution and provides an output voltage range of 2 mVpp to 6 Vpp.
Additionally by DSO-6202FM: The integrated digital multimeter allows for measurements of direct and alternating voltages up to max. 400 V,
currents up to max.10 A, resistances up to max. 40 MΩ, capacities up to max. 100 μF and frequencies up to max. 10 MHz. In addition, diode
testing and acoustic continuity testing.
