following assignment applies:
Bit[6] – MSB, 0=idle, 1=above

Bit[5] – is set in case of outage

Bit[4] – is set in case of outage
of L1
Bit[3] – is set in case of outage
of L1
Bit[2] – reserved, always 0
Bit[1] – ‘1’ the telegram is
always output synchronously in
the fixed time grid
Bit[0] – ‘0’ no error,
‘1’ – Error
