The fingerprint sensor is software activated and will illuminate red when ready for use. Simply
push down on the capture window with the last joint of the finger. Do not use excessive force.
Always keep the capture window clean.

The Chameleon 8 Single can accommodate 1 or 2 single optical fingerprint scanners. Each fingerprint scanner is FBI PIV
and Mobile ID FAP20 certified to ensure fast high quality image capture.

The Chameleon 8 device comes standard with a Kensington lock slot. You can use a Kensington-type cable lock to secure
your tablet against theft.
