1972
CBS Arbiter, UK importer of Fender, buys
VOX. Tom Jennings is brought in as a con-
sultant and production is moved to Dallas
Arbiter factory where yet another version
of AC30 is made.
VOX teams up with
BRIAN MAY, who
combines stacks of AC30s with a unique
playing style to bring the brand to the fore-
front once again.
Arbiter reissues VOX Continental I and
Continental 300 organs. New version of
the AC50 amp released.
