The SB10UHD/2 Series Seatback Systems are ADVANCED SMART TV SYSTEMS where issues unrelated to the system could be mistaken for system
performance issues. Full kit warranty returns of SB10UHD/2 Series Seatback Systems are prohibited. Only defective parts will be replaced with new or
reconditioned parts on an approved RA once a defective state is confirmed by the VoxxTech Team. Please factor this in prior to exchanging system
parts in Advance for your customers. Such unrelated issues include, but are not limited to - App Operation, Wi-Fi Signal Strength, Electronic Interference,
Media Format Compatibility, Blemished or Corrupted Media, External Smart Device limitations in features or compatibility....etc.
