Troubleshooting
Forwarding all unknown calls to the answering system.
f If you want to forward all unknown calls with numbers or names that are not
in your directory, allow list or star name list to the answering system, see
Control calls without numbers on page 111 and Control uncategorized
calls on page 112.
An icon and New voicemail show on the display and I dont know why.
f Your telephone has voicemail indication that is separate from the built-in
answering system. If appears on the display, then your telephone has
received a signal from your telephone service provider that you have a
voicemail message waiting for you to retrieve from your telephone service
provider. Contact your telephone service provider for more information on
how to access your voicemail.
I cannot retrieve voicemail messages.
f Your telephone has both a built-in answering system and voicemail
