Answering system
Answering system settings
Remote access code
To access your answering system remotely from any touch-tone phone, you
need to enter a two-digit number (00-99). By default, the remote access code is
19.

®Æ¼Áº´¶ÂÅ·¿¸ÆÆ»´Á·Æ¸ÇÂÅÇ»¸Ǹ¿¸Ã»ÂÁ¸µ´Æ¸
1. When the handset or telephone base is in idle mode, press MENU/
SELECT to
enter the main menu.
2. Press T
CID or SDIR to scroll to Answering sys, then press MENU/SELECT.
3. Press T
CID or SDIR to scroll to Ans sys setup, then press MENU/SELECT.
4. Press T
CID or SDIR to scroll to Remote code, then press MENU/SELECT.
5. Use the dialing keys to enter a two-digit number. Press
MUTE/DELETE on the
handset or
MUTE/DELETE on the telephone base to backspace and delete a
digit.
6. Press
MENU/SELECT to save the setting.
Message alert tone
When the message alert tone is set to On, and there is at least one new
message, the telephone base beeps every ten seconds. By default, the message

There is no audible alert at the handset.
