Handset layout
CID/ /VOLUME
Press to display the caller ID log when the phone is
not in use (page 48).
Press to scroll down while in a menu, or in the
directory, caller ID log or redial list.
While entering names or numbers, press to move the
cursor to the left.
During a call or message playback, press to decrease
the listening volume (page 30 or page 60).
MENU/SELECT
Press to show the menu (page 18).
While in the menu, press to select an item or save an
entry or setting (page 18).
OFF/CANCEL
During a call, press to hang up (page 27 and
page 29).
While in a menu, press to return to the previous
menu, or press and hold to return to idle mode,
without making changes (page 18).
Press to delete digits while predialing (page 26
and page 28).
While the phone is ringing, press to silence the ringer
temporarily (page 32).
Press and hold to erase the missed call indicator
when the handset is not in use (page 48).
Press repeatedly to display other dialing options when
reviewing a caller ID log entry (page 49).
Press and hold to set and turn on the quiet mode, or
turn it off (page 25).
MUTE/DELETE
During a call, press to mute the microphone (page 30).
While the phone is ringing, press to silence the ringer
temporarily (page 32).
While reviewing the redial list, directory or caller ID
log, press to delete an individual entry (page 32,
page 43 and page 51 respectively).
While predialing, press to delete digits (page 26 and
page 28).
REDIAL/PAUSE
Press repeatedly to view the last 10 numbers dialed
(page 32).
While entering numbers, press and hold to insert a
dialing pause (page 26, page 39 and page 42).
