Reminder
The reminder feature helps remind you
of important events. You can set the
reminder to remind you only once, or in
daily, weekly or monthly bases.
Once you set the reminder, the system
will alarm you at the alarm time and
every 15 minutes after the alarm time for
three more times.
Turn the reminder on or off
1. Press MENU when the handset is
not in use.
2. Press ! or to choose Reminder
and then press SELECT.
3. Press ! or to choose On/Off and
then press SELECT.
4. Press ! or to choose On or Off
and then press SELECT to save.
You hear a confirmation tone.
NOTE
! When the reminder feature is set to off,
it will be automatically turned on after
a reminder is recorded. The handset
displays Reminder is turned ON.
Add a reminder
Each reminder can be up to four minutes
in length. The total storage capacity for
the announcement, messages, memos
and reminders is approximately 14
minutes.
1. Press MENU when the handset is
not in use.
2. Press ! or to choose Reminder
and then press SELECT.
3. Press ! or to choose Set
reminder and then press SELECT.
4. Use the dialing keys (0-9) to enter
the month (MM), date (DD) and year
(YY). Then press SELECT.
5. Use the dialing keys (0-9) to enter
the hour (HH) and minute (MM).
Then press ! or to choose AM or
PM. Then press SELECT.
6. The system announces, 
Record
after the tone. Press 5 when you are
done.
 After the tone, speak towards
the microphone.
7. Press 5 when done. The system
announces, 
Recorded.
8. Press ! or to scroll to the
frequency you would like to set,
then press SELECT. You hear a
confirmation tone.

Reminder occurs only
once at the specific
time and date you set.
! Daily
Reminder occurs every
day at the specific time
you set.
! Weekly
Reminder occurs every
week at the specific
time and day you set.
! Monthly
Reminder occurs every
month at the specific
time and date you set.
