• For model 644 (You can find this number on the back of the V.SmileTM): Please replace the battery door that is for specific use with the rechargeable battery pack. Make sure the battery door is securely attached with screws. You’re ready to play! You can contact consumer service to get the battery door. Important Note: Please do not throw away the original battery door for the V.Smile® Pocket™ (model no.644), as it will secure the batteries better when it is being used. Charging VTech® 4.
Important Note • When using rechargeable battery pack for the first time, it is recommended to allow approximately 2-3 hours to fully charge the rechargeable battery before use with the above procedure. • For best performance of the rechargeable battery, charge the battery on the Recharging Dock until the Charging indicator light stops blinking. • The Recharging Dock will operate at temperarures between 41°F~95°F (5°c~35°c).
BATTERY NOTICE • Install batteries correctly observing the polarity (+, -) signs to avoid leakage. • Do not mix old and new batteries. • Do not mix batteries of different types: alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium). • Remove the batteries from the equipment when the unit will not be used for an extended period of time. • Always remove exhausted batteries from the equipment. • Do not dispose of batteries in fire. • Do not attempt to recharge ordinary batteries.
Care & Maintenance 1. Keep your Recharging Dock clean by wiping it with a slightly damp cloth. Never use solvents or abrasives. 2. Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from direct sources of heat. 3. Remove the batteries when not using it for an extended period of time. 4. Avoid dropping it. Never try to dismantle it. 5. Always keep the Recharging Dock away from water. 6.
