TURNING OFF THE FRYER
 Open the door to the fryer. Press the power switch to the OFF position.
EXTENDED SHUTDOWN
1. Thoroughly drain the fryer. Refer to DRAINING THE FRYER.
2. Clean the fryer according to CLEANING.
3. Turn off the main gas shutoff valve.
