Assembly Instruction

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION:
WARNING: MAKE SURE POWER SUPPLY IS TURNED OFF
AT MAIN BREAKER.
※VERY IMPORTANT
PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY. CAREFULLY UNPACK THIS
LAMP AND PLACE ON A SOFT SURFACE.
1. Carefully lay all lamp parts on a flat surface and line them up as per
sketch. Screw tube A onto fixture body.
2. Screw tube B onto tube A. Screw tube C into fixture body.
3. Mount mounting ring to mounting box using mounting box screws.
4. Place the fixture on the mounting ring, then fasten lock nuts to mounting
screws to secure the fixture body on the wall.
5. Install bulbs. Place the shade through socket and use the finial to secure it.
Do not use bulb greater than the maximum wattage listed.
6. Plug in and turn on power, then enjoy your new lamp.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
This portable lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as safety
a feature to reduce the risk of electric shock. This plug will fit in a polarized outlet
only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still
does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use with an extension cord unless
plug can be fully inserted. Do not alter the plug.
