Wall cabinet Step 4 Wall 4a. Remove bottom wall trim to install cabinet against wall 4b. Place level tool on the cabinet side and adjust if needed. 27 2X 4c. Locate vertical studs in the wall, secure upper end of cabinet with a minimum of two #8 X 2 1/2" screws in upper trim ( 3 screws included). Use proper screws depending on wall construction. Remove wall trim to fit in cabinet Warning : It is mandatory to fix the cabinet firmly to the wall by locating inwall studs.
Bed, base Step 5 Item: 24 16X Insert dowels completely to the bottom of holes to avoid door damages 2 1-1 1-2 2 Locate and secure front/ rear panel using eccentric housing. Make sure to align doors and front/ rear panels before final tight. Step 6 2 Item: 15 28X 3 4 4 3 Item: 14 16X 2 Note carefully handle hole positions Insert eccentric housing then tighten clockwise with screwdriver.
Slide down sides 1-1 and 1-2 first, then secure with eccentric housing. Place and tighten assembly screw. Bed base Step 7 1-1 2 1-2 Item: 14, 12X 2 Item: 16 8X Item: 26 8X Step 8 Item: 29b 2X Secure reinforcement plate, locate it inside, then align with M6 bolt, 4 places. Make sure to tighten bolt using 10 mm wrench. Repeat on the other side. Item: 30 2X Item: 21, 8X Item: 18 6X Do not loosen the bolt on the rear side of the mechanism.
Bed base 11-1 Step 9 Inner frame assembly 12 11-2 Item: 16, 8X Step 10 Item: 13 2X *Note holes orientation Item: 26 11X Item: 16, 14X Secure upper & lower rails #13 first, than bring down inner frame from step 9 and secure it using assembly screws.
Note: Step 11 With two people, one on each side, insert bed into cabinet by holding it vertically and parallel to the cabinet. Make sure to align mecanism on each side as shown below. Insert part ''b'' top flat in between part ''a'' opening as shown. a b Do not loosen the bolt on the rear side of the mechanism. Warning ! Do not open the bed completely until safety scews are installed. It may result in severe damages to the cabinet and bed parts as well as possible injury to people.
Wall Bed Step 13 9a: Once the bed is installed into wall cabinet, move the cabinet bottom sideway until a perfect alignement of doors with wall cabinet is obtained. Align cabinet with doors 9b: Then secure cabinet bottom with at least one screw into lower trim. Make sure to reach wall studs. Wall move cabinet sideway Bed Lower cabinet trim 27 Step 14 Cut the bottom wall trim (previously removed at step 4) to proper size and re-install it on both sides of cabinet.

Step 17 Balance adjustement : For a perfect balance of mechanism, you may have to adjust it as required since not all mattresses have the same weight. Use a 17mm (or 11/16'') wrench. Do it slowly half turn at a time, equally on both sides. To obtain a perfect balance, the bed must be stationary in each opened position. Do not unscrew completely the adjustement bolts. That may result in severe damage to the bed and injuries to people may occur.
Warranty The warranty from us covers defects in material and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. The original purchase receipt is required as proof of purchase. This warranty is limited to the replacement of defective parts. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, alterations and intentional and non-intentional damages. This warranty does not cover the product if it has been placed outdoors or in a humid environment.
