IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:

This portable lamp has a polarized plug (one

blade is wider than the other) as a feature to

reduce the risk of electric shock. This plug will ﬁt

in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does

not ﬁt fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still

does not ﬁt, contact a qualiﬁed electrician. Never

use with an extension cord unless plug can be

fully inserted. DO NOT ALTER THE PLUG.

2. Use upper triangle cap to cover the bottom

triangle plate.

3. Screw the socket into the upper triangle cap.

4. Place the uno on socket then screw on socket

ring to ﬁx the shade

5. Install the bulb (Not Included) by screwing it into

the socket. Refer to the label on the lamp socket

for maximum wattage information.

1. Assemble the bottom triangle plate and leg with

two screws and two washers. Do the same for the

other two legs.
