ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

WARNING: TO AVOID THE RISK OF ELECTRICAL SHOCK, BE SURE TO TURN OFF MAIN POWER

PRIOR TO INSTALLATION. PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY. CAREFULLY UNPACK THIS LAMP

AND PLACE ON A SOFT SURFACE.

PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY. MAKE SURE YOU PROPERLY ALIGN

POLES BEFORE SCREWING THEM TOGETHER TO AVOID DAMAGING

CONNECTION THREADS. NOT ADHERING TO THIS PROCEDURE MAY

VOID YOUR WARRANTY.

Do not touch the bulb with your hand at any time; use a soft clothto clean/

install the bulb.

1. Connect the lamp body(3), tubes(2) and base(1) together.

2. Install the bulbs (4) into sockets (8).

3. Attach shade (5), metal cover (6) and rubber washer (7) onto lamp body (3),

secure with finial (9).

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:

This portable lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as

safety a feature to reduce the risk of electric shock. This plug will fit in a

polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse

the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use with an

extension cord unless plug can be fully inserted. Do not alter the plug.
