6.2 Determining the installation location for the control unit

Select the installation location for the control unit:

z in the vehicle interior,

z not in areas where strong electrical fields could cause interference, e. g. ignition

cables or central control electronics,

z not in the immediate vicinity of other control units, in order to prevent the

devices from interfering with each other (which could cause malfunctions and

reduce the range of the radio remote control),

z not directly next to ventilator nozzles.

➤ Screw the control unit firmly to the vehicle with the screws supplied (B) or use

double-sided adhesive tape (A).
