Accelerator Pedal Systems
An Accelerator pedal system to satisfy virtu-
ally any foot throttle application.
The API has an idler feature that allows opera-
tors to maintain
a set speed without having to hold their foot on
the pedal..
A Vernier is used with the API and APD to hold the desired operating
speed and can be quickly shut down to return to idle.
An added feature of the APD is the ease of reducing the set operating
speed by stepping down on the pedal extension. To return to the
operating speed, the pedal is pressed past the set position and released.
Note: API and APD are not recommended for over the road vehicles.
