7.5.10.3 “Brightness Control” Group

A sensor that measures the ambient brightness or the time of day can be used to

automatically switch the display brightness to night values if required.

Set the switching times and night values.

Explanation

Day / Night Settings

Select a control method or disable the brightness

control.

• No brightness control: disabled

• Day/Night: The brightness adjustment for day and

night operation is made according to the following

four parameters.

• Sensor

Starting Time Day

Specify at what time the default brightness is

activated.

Starting Time Night

Specify at what time the night brightness is

activated.

Brightness Night Specify the night brightness value.

Brightness Night

Screensaver

Specify the reduced night brightness value for the

night screensaver.
