First remove the protection film from the touch screen. This film is not intended
for permanent use but only for mounting resp. connecting works.
8.2 Switching ON
The panel does not have an ON/OFF switch and is switched on together with
your machine resp. system.
After booting the system, you are taken, either automatically or manually, to the
WBM, “PLC-List”/“Browser Favorites” or a selected controller, depending on the
settings (in the menu, accessed by swiping downward from the top edge of the
screen). You can interrupt the automatic sequence and arrive at a selection
menu if you interrupt the countdown shown by touching the screen.
8.3 Login
Before the WBM interface can be displayed, you are prompted to log in with a
user name and password. When starting the WBM for the first time, you have to
use the initial password. You can log in as “administrator,” “user” or “guest.”
Different functionalities are available to the different user groups. See
“Configuring in the Web-Based Management (WBM) > User Management of the
WBM” and “Configuring in the Web-Based Management (WBM) > Access
