The WAGO laboratory in Minden is an “accredited test lab for electrical and mechanical tests on terminal blocks and con-
nectors, as well as for environment simulations.
Accreditation, as ISO/IEC 17011:2004 defines, is a third party-attestation related to a conformity assessment body convey-
ing formal demonstration of its competence to carry out specific conformity assessment tasks.
Accredit
ation, according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025, is granted by the Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle GmbH DAkkS (Ger-
man Accreditation Office GmbH DAkkS). This national accreditation office, which was established by the German Federal
Ministr
y for Economics and Technology (BMWi), certifies that our test laboratory is officially recognized as possessing the
necessary expertise to conduct defined tests and types of tests independently and objectively.
