Coding A (black/white), E (green), F (light gray), I (blue), L (dark gray), P (red), Q (green), R (orange) and S (brown) are foolproof to avoid
mistaken plugging.

Of course, flexible marking is part of a flexible connector system. This is why WINSTA

also offers custom solutions.

Can I also integrate two relays in a WINSTA

Distribution Box in order to control blind
motors?
Yes. It is even possible to integrate up to three 6mm-wide relays into a WINSTA
®
Distribution Box.

Is the WINSTA

system protected against accidental contact?
All components of the WINSTA
®
system are protected against accidental contact. This provides maximum safety.
Question 13:
Can two electrical circuits (even those with different voltages) be routed in one connector/
cable?
According to VDE 0100 Part 520, this is acceptable when the connector, or all of the wire insulation present in the cable line is rated for the maximum
voltage applied.
Question 14:
What needs to be considered for installations in rooms requiring increased fire protection?
In accordance with VDE 0100 Part 482.1.11, H07RN-F cables must be used on account of their greater mechanical strength. 1
