Insert the Back Metal Tube (8) into the Seating Frame (7)
Please secure the Back Metal Tube (8) to the Seating Frame (7) and secure it with the Short Bolt
(C) and the Allen Wrench (L). **Please don't screw it too tight unti the completion of Step #11
