CONSUMER PRODUCTS APPROVED SERVICE CENTERS
WARING product(s) are produced with the finest workmanship and materials available for durable
service. However, if at any time repairs are required, send the complete appliance prepaid to the Waring Service
Center or to the authorized service center nearest you.
The authorized service centers are listed on the back hereof and have been carefully selected to render faster
and more efficient service with factory approved procedures for testing, disassembly, assembly and adjustment
with genuine WARING replacement parts.
This warranty supersedes all other express product warranty or guaranty statements.
FIVE YEAR LIMITED MOTOR WARRANTY
ONE YEAR LIMITED APPLIANCE WARRANTY
Waring warrants that this product’s motor shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of five years from the
date of purchase. All other components are warranted for a period of one year from date of purchase. In the absence of a purchase
receipt, the warranty period shall be 24 months from the date of manufacture. Any implied
warranties, obligations, or liabilities, including but not limited to the implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a
particular purpose, shall be limited in duration to the 24 month duration of this written, limited warranty. Some states do not allow
limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
If your product fails to operate properly while in use under normal household conditions within the warranty period, simply send
the complete appliance prepaid to the Waring Service Center, Waring Canada or any Waring authorized service center. California
residents need only supply proof of purchase and should call 1-800-269-6640 for shipping instructions. If the appliance is found by
Waring to be defective in material or workmanship, Waring will repair or replace it free of charge. If you are sending your
appliance, please include a memo giving your name and address, the model number, reason for return, date purchased and where
purchased. Please allow three to four weeks for mailing and servicing time.
If malfunction occurs beyond the warranty period, you may request an estimate of repair costs from the Waring Service Center or
any Waring authorized service center, prior to your authorizing repairs.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or province to
province so that certain limitations or exclusions set forth above may not apply to you.
CALIFORNIA RESIDENT ONLY
California law provides that for In-Warranty Service, California residents have the option of returning a nonconforming
product (A) to the store where it was purchased or (B) to another retail store which sells Waring® products of the same type. The
retail store shall then, at its choice, either repair the product, refer the consumer to an independent repair facility, replace the
product or refund the purchase price less the amount directly attributable to the consumer’s prior usage of the product. If either of
the above two options do not result in the appropriate relief to the consumer, the consumer may then take the product to an inde-
pendent repair facility if service or repair can be economically accomplished.* Waring, and not the consumer, will be responsible for
the reasonable cost of such service, repair, replacement or refund for nonconforming products under warranty.
California residents may also, at their preference, return nonconforming products directly to Waring for repair or if necessary, re-
placement by calling our Consumer Service Center toll-free at 1-800-269-6640. Waring will be responsible for the cost of the repair,
replacement and shipping and handling for such nonconforming products under warranty.
* If the nonconforming product is to be serviced by someone other than Waring’s Authorized Service Center, please remind the ser-
vicer to call our Consumer Service Center to ensure that the problem is properly diagnosed, the product serviced with the correct
parts, and to ensure that the product is still under warranty.

IMPORTANT: Be sure to return all parts with the appliance, packed carefully, and indicate your return address on the outside
of the package. You may wish to insure the package against possible damage or loss in transit.
Electrical appliances require special repair procedures; therefore, repairs should never be
attempted by anyone other than a Waring authorized service person. In order to derive the most enjoyment and best service from
your Waring appliance, please take a few minutes to read carefully the instructions contained in the enclosed booklet.
