*CONSIDERATIONS CONCERNING INSTALLATION OVER
EXISTING VINYL FLOORING:
- Vinyl flooring needs to be secured over the entire surface.
- Single vinyl floors ONLY (Multiple layers of vinyl flooring need
to be removed)
- If foam or cushioned vinyl has been previously installed, the
vinyl flooring needs to be removed entirely and the
PRODESO HEAT MEMBRANE needs to be fixed directly to
the subfloor.
- Vinyl flooring needs to be clean of debris, dust, oil, grease,
and wax substances.
- Outside-perimeter-secured vinyl flooring is NOT acceptable
for direct installation of PRODESO HEAT MEMBRANE as it
may cause undesired stress to the tile assembly.
