INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

WARN WINCH CARRIER KIT NO. 62027

For use with Trans4mer Mounting Systems &

Winches up to 16,500 lb.

CAUTION: When mounting a Warn 15,000 or 16,500 lb. Winch, be sure the Trans4mer

Grille Guard for your truck is also certified for the capacity of that winch. Some versions are

limited to 12,000 lbs. only.

1. Install the Carrier between the side members as shown in Figure 1. Use the black bolts

with the black side members. Special fasteners are provided in the stainless steel kits.

. If a front license plate is required in your state, it can be attached at the holes provided in the lower stiffener plate of the Carrier. 3. Install the fairlead (included with the winch) onto the front of the Carrier using the lower winch mounting bolts. 4. Complete the winch installation as directed in the Winch Installation Instructions. The lower grille guard tube cannot be installed with some of the larger winches.

ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY Warn Industries warrants each new Warn product specified above against factory defects in material and workmanship for one year after date of purchase. The owner will be responsible for removing from the vehicle and returning any defective item(s), transportation costs prepaid, to Warn Industries Service Department or a factory authorized servicing distributor.
