Warn Industries, Inc. (WARN), with an address of 12900 SE Capps Rd., Clackamas, OR 97015, warrants to the original purchaser that (a) the
mechanical components of the WARN® Branded Winch Product (Product) will be free of defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of
the winch, and (b) the electrical components of the Product will be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of seven (7) years
from the original date of purchase. This Limited Warranty is only available to the original purchaser of the Product and is not transferable.

Branded Winch for Jeep, Truck and Suv
To obtain warranty service:
• Call Warn Customer Service at 1-800-543-9276 for warranty claim information.
• Provide proof of purchase with a copy of a dated sales receipt and original bill of sale clearly showing the WARN Product
purchased.
• Make the claim within the Warranty period.
• Attach your name, address, telephone number, a description of the problem, and a copy of your receipt and original bill of sale to
the product.
• Return the Product, transportation charges prepaid, to the Warn Industries Service Department at 13270 SE Pheasant Ct.,
Milwaukie, Oregon 97222. OR Find the nearest Warn Authorized Service Center by visiting: www.warn.com/corporate/
authservicecenters.shtml.
Warn will, at its option, repair, replace or refund the purchase price of a defective Product or component. The Warranty Period is not extended
if we repair or replace the Product or its defective electrical component(s).
Items covered by this Warranty:
• Electrical components covered by the seven (7) year Limited Warranty: motor, contactor, solenoid, handheld remote controls,
wireless remote controls, wiring.
• All other mechanical components are covered by the Limited Lifetime Warranty except as listed below.
Items not covered by this Warranty:
• The removal or reinstallation of the Product.
• Wire or synthetic rope.
• Product  nish.
• Components damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, collision, overloading, modi cation, misapplication, improper installation, or
improper service.
• Normal wear and tear or loss of functionality due to the normal aging of the Product including, bearings, bushings, seals, O-rings,
gaskets, brake material, motor brushes, electrical cables.
Actions that void the Warranty:
• The removal or defacement of any WARN serial number or date code that was on the Product when sold.
• Commercial or industrial use or application, or any hoisting application of the Product.
THE WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE IS THE ONLY EXPRESS WARRANTY. THERE ARE NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES.
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY WHICH BY LAW MAY NOT BE EXCLUDED IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO ONE (1) YEAR FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL
RETAIL PURCHASE OFTHE PRODUCT.
WARN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL,INDIRECT,INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST
PROFITS,DOWN TIME OR LOSS OF USE) UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WARN WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential
damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you speci c legal rights, and you may also have other
rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
WARN reserves the right to change Product design without notice. In situations in which WARN has changed a Product design, WARN shall have no
obligation to upgrade or otherwise modify previously manufactured Products.
No WARN dealer, agent or employee is authorized to make any modi cation, extension or addition to this warranty.
This warranty is valid only in the U.S.A. and Canada. For warranty outside the U.S.A. and Canada contact your local Point of Sale Retailer.

Warn Industries, Inc. (WARN), du 12900 SE Capps Rd., Clackamas, OR 97015, garantit à l'acheteur initial que (a) les
composants mécaniques du treuil de marque WARN® (le produit) seront exempts de tout défaut de matière première ou
vice de fabrication pendant toute la durée de service du treuil et (b) les composants électriques du produit seront exempts
de tout défaut de matière première ou vice de fabrication pour une période de sept (7) ans à partir de la date d'achat
initiale. Cette garantie limitée ne s'applique qu'à l'acheteur initial des produits et est incessible.

Warn pourra, à sa discrétion, réparer, remplacer ou rembourser le prix d’achat d’un produit ou composant défectueux.
La période de garantie ne sera pas prolongée si nous réparons ou remplaçons le produit ou ses composants électriques
défectueux.
Éléments couverts par cette garantie:
• Les composants électriques couverts par la garantie limitée de sept (7) ans: moteur, contacteur, solénoïde,
télécommandes de poche, télécommandes sans  l, câblage.
• Tous les autres composants mécaniques sont couverts par la garantie à vie limitée, sauf les exceptions suivantes.
Éléments non couverts par cette garantie:
• Le retrait ou la réinstallation du produit.
• Le câble ou le câble synthétique.
• La  nition du produit.
• Les composants endommagés pour cause d’accident, abus, mauvaise utilisation, collision, surcharge,
modi cation, mauvaise application, mauvaise installation ou mauvais entretien.
• L'usure normale ou la perte de fonctionnalité pour cause de vieillissement normal du produit, y compris les
paliers, bagues, joints d'étanchéité, joints toriques, joints plats, matériaux de freinage, bagues du moteur, câbles
électriques.
Actions qui causent l'annulation de la garantie:
• Le retrait ou la dégradation d'un quelconque numéro de série ou code de fabrication de WARN présent sur le
produit à sa vente.
• Toute utilisation ou application commerciale ou industrielle, ou toute application de levage du produit.
LA GARANTIE STIPULÉE CI-DESSUS CONSTITUE LA SEULE GARANTIE EXPRESSE. IL N'Y A AUCUNE AUTRE GARANTIE
EXPRESSE.
