VI. SOFTWARE INSTALLATION & SETTING
The “XCTRL congurator” is a user friendly software which allows you to easily set-up the XCTRL controller. It gives
you access to all parameters which could be modied and save into the integrated memory of the XCTRL. A Digital
oscilloscope is available to get an overview of the min parameters and the Inputs/Outputs variations.
1. Software downloading
This application is available on our Web site. Please visit our web site http://www.warnerelectric.com/ to
download it.
2. Software Installation
Unzip the folder name previously downloaded and open it. Double click on setup and follow the instructions.
Once the le is installed, the software will start running. If it’s not the case double click on the application
named XCTRL_Congurator.
3. Computer Wiring
To connect your computer to the XCTRL use an USB 2.0 cable type A to type B (not included) and wire it to
the USB ports as shown below:
Note: To get a link between the computer and the XCTRL, the XCTRL need to be supplied. For this refer to
section I/ System Wiring and Setting, item 3.
