Chapter 2 - Safety instructions
Carrying out checking and adjustment work and
attempting to rectify errors on the roll-over car
wash system while it is switched on can result in
serious accidents.
If necessary, authorised, qualified and instructed
individuals who are familiar with the potential
risks may enter the system while it is switched
on.
In this case, there must always be a second per-
son at the main switch who can switch off the
roll-over car wash system in the event of an
emergency.
A falling roof brush or roof nozzle can cause se-
rious accidents. Never stand underneath the roof
brush or roof nozzle.
Keep adequate distance to power driven ele-
ments.
Do not touch moving elements while the system
is running.
Please observe that also idle elements may sud-
denly be moved by the controller.
On several pages within these operating instruc-
tions it is pointed out that WashTec Service has
to be informed in case of malfunctions or dam-
ages to the system. Continued operation of the
system without consideration of this information
may cause damage to machinery and injury to
persons.
Adhere to the instructions in these operating in-
structions and inform WashTec Service to avoid
damage to machinery and injury to persons.
WashTec can accept no responsibility for dam-
age to machinery and injury to persons if this is
not observed.
