through the WAN1 port first. If a connection is made, the WAN1port
is used. If the WAN1 port is not available, the Firebox connects
through the WAN2 port.
To configure the WAN failover network:
1 Connect one end of a straight through Ethernet cable to the
WAN2 interface. Connect the other end to the source of the
secondary external network connection. This connection can be
a cable modem or a hub.
2 To connect to the System Status page, type the IP address of
the trusted network in the browser.
The default IP address is: https://192.168.111.1
3 From the navigation bar, select Network > WAN Failover.
The WAN Failover page appears.
4 Select the Enable failover using the Ethernet (WAN2)
interface check box.
