Hold face and tighten pivot ball to pipe with adjustable
wrench.

been discontinued we will replace with what we deem to be

labor charges, installation, or other consequential cost. The
responsibility of Water Pik, Inc. shall not exceed the original
purchase price of the product. This warranty gives you
specific legal rights. Save your receipt as proof of purchase
is required for warranty action.

Troubleshooting Guide
Problem Solution
No water flow from
installed shower head:
a Confirm previous shower washer is
not in the j-pipe.
b Confirm there is only one washer in
the pivot ball.
Low water pressure or
missing spray patterns
a Clean shower head in vinegar/water
solution. (See care section).
b Clean screen and flow regulator.
Leaking at pipe pivot
ball connection:
a Confirm one single washer is
seated on top of the screen.
b Grate bar of soap across the j-pipe
threads to act as a sealant.

Care and Cleaning
• Remove showerhead from pipe. Then, remove washer
and filter screen with pliers. Clean filter screen at least
once a year, or whenever you notice a drop in water
pressure. Then replace.
• Cleaning is required when mineral deposits appear
on the spray orifices to maintain proper working
conditions. Clean by soaking in household vinegar.
• Do not clean or rinse any part with harsh chemicals,
heavy duty cleaners, or abrasives; this may damage
parts or finish and may void warranty.

Entretien et nettoyage
• Séparer la pomme de douche du tuyau; ensuite, retirer
le joint et le tamis de filtration (utiliser une pince).
Nettoyer le tamis de filtration au moins une fois par an,
ou chaque fois qu’une baisse de la pression de l’eau
est perceptible. Réinstaller ensuite.
• Pour le maintien de la performance d’aspersion, un
nettoyage est nécessaire lorsqu’un dépôt minéral
apparaît dans les orifices d’aspersion. Pour le
nettoyage, faire tremper la pomme de douche dans du
vinaigre ménager.
• Pour le nettoyage ou le rinçage des composants, ne
jamais utiliser un composé chimique ou produit de
nettoyage agressif, ni un produit abrasif; ceci pourrait
détériorer les composants ou la finition du produit, et
peut rendre la garantie invalide.
