P-Com warrants that the firmware for use with the unit will execute its programming instructions when
properly installed on the unit. P-Com does not warrant that the operation of the unit or firmware will be
uninterrupted or error-free. P-Com shall not be obligated to remedy any software defect that cannot be
repeated.
P-Com is not responsible for equipment non-performance due to outside radio interference caused by any
source.
Exclusive Remedies
The remedies provided herein are the buyer's sole and exclusive remedies. P-Com shall not be liable for any
direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, whether based on contract, tort or any legal
theory.
