This command reads the temperature sensed by the temperature sensor.
TS[7:0]: When TSE (R41h) is set to 0, this command reads internal temperature sensor value.
D[10:0]: When TSE (R41h) is set to 1, this command reads external LM75 temperature sensor value.
BUSY become low after TSC command. When BUSY become high, Parameter can be read.
