Q: What is the power supply for this product?
This product is powered by 5V USB power adapter or 3 AAA dry batteries. (Note that when using the USB power
adapter, you cannot use the USB cable with USB data read function)
Q: Why is there no removable drive appearing after connecting to the computer by USB cable?
① After the USB cable plugged in, it takes about 5 seconds to successfully read the drive.
② Please check the micro USB cable whether it is in good connect or damaged, and whether it has data
transmission function.
Q: Why does it play audio intermittently?
① Please check whether the MP3 audio bit rate is too high. This product is recommended to use a bit rate of
128Kpbs.
② Please check whether the battery is low power. If the voltage is too low, it may work unstably. Please replace
the battery in time.
Q: It doesn’t play or play incorrectly, and the detection distance is short. What’s the problem?
① The first time you turn on the switch, you need to wait several seconds for the device to initialize.
② Please check whether the battery is low power. If the voltage is too low, it may work unstably. Please replace
the battery in time.
③ This product is affected by the change of ambient temperature. Normal operation is at 0-30 centigrade. Please
do not install it near the air conditioner, electric fan, where has big temperature difference.
Detection distance too short?
Reason 1: low battery (you replace batteries)
Reason 2: environment temperature too high, influences its detection distance.
Reason 4: when test, if parallel with infrared ray, it will be unable to trigger effectively. You should walk form the
left of device to the right, forming a cross with infrared ray, then it can trigger.
Normal induction distance is 0-3 meters. If the temperature is high, induction distance is about 2 meters.
If there is electric fan or air conditioner blowing, influence on the temperature of induction area, it can trigger to
play voice.
So you’d better to choose the testing environment where there is no electric fan or air conditioner.
