* Spade picket caps may be substituted with Dog Ear picket caps.
* Maximum rise/drop over the length of panel is 16" ( 2" rise per 12" of run )
* The holes on uderside of top rail are enlarged to allow panel to rack.
* Put a small amount of glue around the inside of the picket before inserting cap.
