In some cases, your browser might allow you to save the file as a .txt file. While you can do 
this, it is recommended that you save the file in a .csv format. 
Now, to Restore your backup file, decide if you want to restore passwords and IP settings. If 
these boxes are not checked, then the RUC will continue to use its current values. If these 
boxes are checked, then the settings from the csv backup file will be used. Make sure you 
know your password before restoring with the “Restore passwords” box checked, or you might 
not be able to access your RUC after the Restore. 
Note: You must restore from a .csv file. 
Next, click on the box to “Choose File”. This will bring up a Windows box where you can 
navigate to the location of the csv backup file. Select this file, then click OK. Now, you will see 
your file name in the Choose File box as seen here:
