Use Of Bio-diesel Fuels:
Dear Consumer:
Bio-diesel (B20 Soy Based only) can be used in AT 2000, AT 2000S, AT 2000ST, AT 3500, AT
3500ST, AT 5000, AT 5000ST, DBW Series, Thermo 50, Thermo 90, Thermo 90S, Thermo 90ST, and
Thermo 230/300 evaporator burner / nozzle style heaters. If this fuel is used we recommend the
burner be added as a maintenance item for replacement each year. The reason for the annual
replacement of the burner is that bio-diesel causes pre-mature wear. This is not a warranty repair
and should not be treated as such.
If bio-diesel is used we also recommend that the heater be run for a minimum of 20 minutes every
two (2) weeks during the off season. This will help prevent failure of the fuel pump (sticking of the
solenoid plunger).
There is no warranty for damage caused by poor quality or non approved mixtures of bio-
