The TruCheck USB DPM is specially designed with multiple lighting options to
implement the AIM-DPM method for direct part mark verication as required by
US DOD MIL-STD-130N. Choose from bright eld or dark eld from any side to
adapt to the surface texture of laser etched and/or dot peen marks. This unit will
also verify ordinary labels according to ISO 15415.
Calibration and traceability
All Webscan systems are calibrated and fully traceable to NIST standards.
Calibration is performed by the user in a matter of seconds. You always know that
your system is measuring accurately with Webscan technology.

Verify in accordance to the quality requirements called out in the GS1, HIBCC, or
ICCBBA agency standards. Veries quality according to ISO 15415 and AIM DPM
standards. Data parsing for both GS1 and HIBCC data formats. Verication and
validation information can be put into a printable or digital report. Within reports
lot, batch or serial numbers can automatically be used in report name creation.

Verify barcode quality in accordance to AAIG reference standards for both labels
and direct part marks.
MIL-STD 130 UID Quality and Data Validation
Verify the quality requirements called out in the MIL STD 130 (L through N-Chg1)
for labels and direct part marking including data content validation. Data format
failures are clearly spelled out to make corrective action easy. Verication and
validation information can be printed out, stored electronically or used in 3rd
party software solutions.
