Compatible Hydro-Core Manifolds are determined based on the following assumptions:
Hydro-core manifolds will be selected in accordance with the manufacturers’ recommended run, supply and return sizes. TOP
Customers will ensure that their installation can accommodate any other devices noted by the boiler manufacturer.
Selected heat flow direction is acceptable for the installation.
External pumps will be mounted to the manifold and connected to the boiler return.
If an external pump is required, the manifold will be installed as follows:
Ports below the boiler: Manifold is installed below with the pump mounted in between.
Ports on the top or side of the boiler: manifold is installed above the boiler with the pump mounted in between.
