EXCLUSIVE REMEDY
THE WARRANTIES CONTAINED HEREIN ARE IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER
WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WEDI SHALL NOT
BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR SPECIAL
DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED ABOVE. IN NO EVENT
SHALL WEDI’S LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS WARRANTY
EXCEED THE COST OF THE INSTALLATION OF THE ORIGINAL PRODUCT.
The foregoing is the only Warranty for the Products made by wedi.
No representative, dealer, or any other person is authorized to make any warranty,
representation, condition, or promise on behalf of wedi with respect to the
Products. No terms or conditions other than those stated herein or provided by law,
and no agreement or understanding, oral or written, in any way purporting to
modify this Warranty shall be binding upon wedi unless made in writing and signed
by an authorized representative of wedi.
