Warranty

wedi Corp. (“wedi”) warrants that for a period of 10 years from the date of
purchase, its Products shall be free of manufacturing defects and conform to
published specifications. If any Product does not meet these specifications because
of a manufacturing defect, wedi will, at its discretion, repair or replace the Product,
or refund the cost of the Product, subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations
contained herein. Additionally, if a Product does not meet published specifications
because of a manufacturing defect, wedi may, at its discretion, repair or replace
damaged materials surrounding the installed Product.
LIMITATIONS ON COVERAGE
wedi shall not be liable for, and this Warranty does not apply to: (a) Products that
were damaged or misused after leaving wedi’s possession; (b) Products not handled
or stored according to wedi’s written guidelines; (c) Products not installed in strict
compliance with applicable Wedi installation guidelines, applicable building codes,
and accepted industry standards for the given structure; (d) any defect arising out
of a non-wedi Product, or a defect in the structure or component of the structure to
which the Product was affixed; (e) materials produced by other manufacturers and
not bearing wedi’s name or logo; or (f) any other cause not related to
manufacturing defects.
If any Product is repaired/replaced under this Warranty, the ongoing Warranty
coverage, if applicable, will continue from the original date of purchase, not the
date of repair or replacement.
CONDITION TO WARRANTY COVERAGE
wedi shall not have any obligations under this Warranty unless wedi is notified, in
writing, within sixty (60) days of the discovery of any potential claim. wedi shall be
allowed a reasonable amount of time, and be authorized to perform testing, as wedi
deems necessary to investigate the potential claim. wedi shall not be responsible
for any damage resulting from such testing.
