ling @ @ o Blade TO ADJUST CARBURETOR The carburetor shown below has been preset at the factory and readjustmentshould not be necessary° However, if the carburetor does need to be adjusted, proceed as follows: Carburetor Do not over4ighten, Then open it 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 turns. Start the engine and let it warm up. Set the throttlecontrol to FAST, Adjust the high speed adjusting screw In until the engine speed or sound alters.
• To remove gasoline, run the engine until the tank is empty and the engine stops. o if you do not want to remove gasoline a fuel stabilizer (such as Sears Craftsman fuel stabilizer No. 33500) may be added to any gasoline _left in the tank to minimize gum deposits and acids+ if the tank is almost empty, mix stabilizer with fresh gasoline in a separate container and add some to the tank. Always follow instructions on stabilizer container.
