保修条例Regulations
1. 正常情况下主机保修期为 12 个月 (零配件三个月), (具体情况以
销售合同为准)。
2.用户在产品质保期内,在正常使用情况下(由本公司技术人员判定),
对损坏或发生故障的保修零部件免费保修。
3.在保修期内, 设备发生故障时, 可将设备寄往杭州 、深圳等维修点
进行维修, 运费由寄方承担。
4.在保修期内, 曾经由我司以外的维修人员修理 、拆卸或更改过产品、
或安装不当 、用户使用不当 、序列号破损 、意外事件或自然灾害等原
因引起的故障不属于保修范围。
5. 在维修时请出示设备 SN 及购货凭证, 本公司保留对以上内容的解
释权 。Warranty
1 . The device standard warranty period is 1 2 months( Spare
parts for 3 months, battery for 6 months). The specific warranty
period is subject to the sales contract.
2. During the warranty period, we will repair the damaged or
malfunctioning parts free of charge under normal use
( determined by the technical personnel of our company) .
3 . During the warranty period, in case of equipment failure, the
equipment can be sent to our service center for maintenance,
and the shipping cost shall be borne by the sender.
4 . During the warranty period, failures caused by products
repaired, dismantled or modified by maintenance personnel
outside our company, or improper installation, improper use by
users, damaged serial numbers, accidents or natural disasters
