WEICON has been developing and producing various types of cable
stripper since 1967. These premium quality tools are TÜV-tested, carry
the GS seal for verified safety, and were developed taking occupational
safety and user-friendliness aspects into account. The WEICON range
includes cable strippers, cable dismantling tools, wire strippers and
various multifunctional tools for professional users.
Description
The WEICON wire strippers allow flexible and solid conductors to be
stripped easily, quickly and evenly. The wire strippers are
ergonomically shaped and have an automatic scanner system to
determine the cable diameter. This prevents damage to the inner
conductor. The product family of wire strippers includes various types
which are used in different fields and are tailored to the individual
needs of the users. The pincers are used both in trades and in industry
and are also suitable for private use.
The WEICON Wire Stripper No. 7 -F has a precise adjustment (5-fold)
and an optical length scale of 8 – 24 mm (5/16 - 1 inch).
This allows flexible round cables of 0.5 – 16.0 mm² (24 – 10 AWG) and
solid round cables of 0.5 to 10 mm² (18 – 15 AWG) to be stripped. From
10 mm², cables must be stripped in two stages. The Wire Stripper No.
7-F is particularly well-suited to two- or three-core, PVC-insulated flat
cables of 0.75 – 4.0 mm².
An easy-to-access side cutter is integrated into the tool and can be
used up to a cable diameter of 3 mm. It also has exchangeable blades.
