Cables suitable for connection:

Strip the insulation from the cables to a length of approx. 9mm ±1mm, even if you are using wire-end ferrules.

If you use wire-end ferrules with plastic collars, strip the cables to 11mm ±1mm.

*1: Restriction for max. wire cross-section: crimp shape according to European standard EN 60947-1. We recommend the following crimping tools:

– Crimping tool for wire-end ferrule of 0.25 mm² to 1.5 mm² with trapezoidal indentation crimp, type PZ6/5 (Order No. 9011460000)

– Crimping tool for wire-end ferrule of 0.14 mm² to 0.75 mm² with trapezoidal crimp, type PZ1.5 (Order No. 9005990000)

*2 Wire cross-section 1.50 mm² possible with the following restrictions: For a rated voltage of 125V/2.5KV at III/3 or 250/2.5KV at II/2.

A stripped solid conductor is simply plugged into the contact point up to the end stop. Conductors with wire-end ferrule: 1. Stranded conductors with crimped-on wire-end ferrules, with and without plastic collars, are simply plugged into the contact point up to the end stop.

Anschließbare Leiter: Isolieren Sie die Leitungen auf einer Länge von ca. 9 mm ±1 mm ab, auch wenn Sie Aderendhülsen verwenden. Wenn Sie Aderendhülsen mit Kunststoffkragen verwenden, isolieren Sie die Leitungen auf 11 ±1 mm ab.

Ein abisolierter starrer Leiter wird einfach, bis zum Anschlag, in die Klemmstelle gesteckt. Leiter mit Aderendhülse: 1. Mehrdrähtige Leiter mit aufgecrimpten Aderendhülsen, mit und ohne Kunststoffkragen, werden einfach, bis zum Anschlag, in die Klemmstelle gesteckt.
