6.6 Crimpwerkzeug
Das Crimpwerkzeug besteht aus Stempel und
Gesenk.
• Die Werkzeugeinheit auf dem Werkzeug-
schlitten nach hinten drücken, abschwenken
und wieder vor ziehen.
• Die Hülsenhaltebackenaufnahme entnehmen.
•
Die Befestigungsschrauben für Stempel und
Gesenk lösen.
• Crimpwerkzeuge entfernen und durch neue
Werkzeuge ersetzen.
•
Die Hülsenhaltebacken einsetzen und die
Werkzeugeinheit in Grundstellung bringen.
6.6 Crimping tool
The crimping tool consists of the die and the anvil
• Push the tool unit on the tool slide to the back,
turn it downwards and pull it to the front again.
• take out the ferrule holding fasteners
• Release the fixing-
screws of the die and the
anvil.
• Remove the crimping tools and replace them
by
new ones.
•
Put in the ferrule holders and move the tool unit
to the starting position.
