Current CableLine
®
wire markers are printed by a laser printing system. Therefore the visibility of the print,
especially on dark colored markers, is not sufficient. The print of a deep black or a white font is not possible
with the laser marking technology.
The print technology will be changed from laser printing to hot stamped printing. This develops a deeper
black printed font as well as the possibility to print in white on dark colored markers. As shown on the
figure below this modification improves the visibility of the print.
In order to react to criticism of the bad visibility of the print this modification has been initiated to improve
the legibility of the CableLine
®
range. Through the switch in printing technology from laser based to hot
stamping, a greater contrast can be achieved.
