Our standards give you exibility
A variety of sizes and materials
Depending on the application and environmental conditions,
enclosures are manufactured from 316L stainless steel, aluminium
or glass-bre reinforced polyester. The aluminium enclosures are RAL
7001 powder-coated in the factory, while the polyester enclosures
have a RAL 9001 nish. The enclosure size depends on the number of
control and signalling elements to be mounted.
Unlimited combination possibilities
We will provide you with the right operating elements for your
application. For example, we have a range of push buttons in green,
red, black, white, blue or yellow to choose from. We also provide
mushroom-head emergency stop pushbuttons and rotary and key-
operated switches or buttons with two or three switching positions.
Optical status signalling is achieved by utilising indicator lights and
illuminated pushbuttons available in red, green, yellow, blue or white.
A dial drive for potentiometers is available as a control element.
Switching and signalling elements
Switching elements with two NC contacts, two NO contacts or
a combination of one NC and one NO contact can be selected to
match the control elements. Potentiometers are available in 1 or
10Kiloohm versions. Indicator lights match the colour of the cover,
while illuminated pushbuttons in versions with an NC or NO contact
are available for each colour. All elements have the pressure-resistant
encapsulation protection class.
Cable glands and pressure-equalising element with drainage
Depending on the size of the enclosure, one or two nickel-plated
brass or polyamide cable glands in the sizes M20 and/or M25 can be
mounted. The standard installation is shown below; customer-specic
congurations are available upon request. We also recommend the use
of our pressure-equalising element with drainage facility: BDX.
