Pluggable cross-connection ZQV
Unique for screw terminals
Weidmüller is the only producer to offer a
pluggable cross-connection system for
screw terminals. The pluggable cross-
connections stand out with their easy han-
dling and quick assembly, resulting in con-
siderable time savings compared to
screwed assembly solutions.
Assembly
• The ZQV is pressed into the cross-con-
nection channel by hand.
• Important! Ensure that the ZQV is
pressed right in. The cross-connector
must not protrude out of the cross-con-
nection channel.
• To replace or remove, simply lever out
with a screwdriver.

• Finger-safe to VDE 0160 part 100
(VGB 4)
• Reduced rated voltage 400 V
• Different colours can be used to mark
different potential
• Important! The contact elements must
not be deformed.
